AudioCodes, a leading provider of converged voice solutions that enable enterprises and service providers to transition to all-IP voice networks, today announced the availability of its products in the Netformx KnowledgeBase™ and that AudioCodes has become a Netformx Premier Partner. AudioCodes and Netformx collaborated to have AudioCodes’ products supported by the Netformx platform in order to facilitate the ordering of AudioCodes products by its many channels and partners who are using the Netformx DesignXpert platform in their multivendor designs and proposals.
AudioCodes product descriptions, pricing, smart icons, and configuration and attachability rules are now available to users of the Netformx DesignXpert Platinum Edition. The majority of AudioCodes price book items are now included in the Netformx KnowledgeBase. This enables AudioCodes’ partners to quickly design accurate proposals and validated designs and solutions. Users of the Netformx KnowledgeBase can design a solution using guided selling and requirements-based workflows.
