SmartTAP for Lync addresses the growing requirement for voice recording in Unified Communications environments. It has been deployed at over 100 customers, including Gazprom Marketing & Trading, the trading arm of Gazprom, the world's largest gas producer and one of the world's largest energy companies.
SmartTAP is a security‐enhanced call recording solution that enables the recording of key business interactions within Microsoft Lync 2013 or 2010 environments. It is capable of recording any call type, including mobile, remote and conference calls.
