Product Manager

Description

A product manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and launch of a new SaaS offering and managing the product and solution life cycle.

Main Responsibilities

·        Participate and contribute to the company's roadmap definition

·        Work with the leading vendors to define our joined solutions

·        Track and study customer needs and feedback and define product requirements with corresponding business justification

·        Develop and maintain forward market outlook, identify market trends, and expert the competitive landscape from technical and commercial aspects.

Derive conclusions and recommendations.

·        Clearly articulate and communicate product values and benefits internally, to partners and customers

·        Provide full sales enablement tools and material and support presale activities

Requirements

·        3+ years in product management or a product-adjacent discipline, with a clear record of successful delivery and impact in collaboration with development teams.

·        Fluent English

·        Expertise in writing product and cloud service requirements

·        "Get things done" attitude

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills

·        Ability to work collaboratively with geographically dispersed teams in different time zones

·        BSc/BA from an accredited university or college, relevant advanced degrees are a plus.

·        Background with Microsoft different technologies

·        Experience in developing and leading SaaS platforms

·        Understanding with different communication APIs

·        Collaboration tools (apps development)

·        Developing SaaS and Application, on the MarketPlace

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience in voice communication solutions, technologies, platforms and solution

·        Cloud technologies and SaaS background

·        Agile product development experience and certifications

·        Led dev teams
