Description

Tier 4 technical support engineer for VoIP and Voice AI Enterprise and Cloud products (SBC\VAIC).

Responsible on Tier1/2/3 escalations and work closely with developers, SE, PM and QA teams (worldwide).

Requirements

  • Practical Engineer / Computer Science / B.Sc.
  • Experience and deep understanding with Network Protocols (L2, L3)
  • Experience in Telecom Industry – advantage
  • Experience in SIP, VoIP, Cloud, Virtualization – advantage
  • Experience with dockers/cloud-based environments – strong advantage
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Team player and a fast learner
  • Good English, both written and verbal communication
