AudioCodes Announces Open Solutions Network Partner Program

Fort Lauderdale, INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO East 2006, Lod, Israel, January 24, 2006 – AudioCodes (NASDAQ:AUDC), a leading provider of Voice over Packet (VoP) technologies and Voice Network products, today launched the AudioCodes Open Solution Network (OSN) partner program, establishing a world-wide collaborative ecosystem to include select industry-leading independent software vendors (ISVs), value added resellers (VARs), distribution channels and technology partners.  Linking together member partners, the Open Solutions Network program is structured to leverage open standard protocols, including SIP, and enable collaboration in building best-of-breed solutions for both enterprise and service provider customers. 

By participating in OSN, partners have access to a number of benefits, including:
• Lead referrals – leveraging AudioCodes’ advertising and marketing events world-wide
• Early technology access – providing early samples of hardware and software products
• Technical support – including access to a world-class interoperability lab
• Technical training – special access to regional and custom product-specific technical training
• Industry networking – tools to build technical and business alliances
• Marketing assistance – collaborating on events, web-based seminars and advertising
