After migrating to a streamlined Microsoft Teams calling and contact center solution with AudioCodes, Berry Global set its sights on revamping its Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) setup to transform its organizational meeting culture and maximize productivity. This AI-powered tool captures and organizes the company’s Microsoft Teams meetings, helping its teams share knowledge effortlessly. Choosing the Pro version with Microsoft Power BI integration gave Berry’s IT teams clear visibility into usage, making it easy to optimize resources and keep costs under control.
